Posters at the BPS ASM 2022 will be presented as electronic posters and will be available for viewing for participants at all times during the meeting.
Attendees joining the meeting in-person will be able to view the e-posters at the e-posters kiosks.
Attendees joining the meeting virtually will be able to view the e-posters on the meeting virtual platform.

ePoster Upload
The system enables to upload the E-poster as 1-page pdf document.
Option of uploading 2 minutes video file (.mp4) to describe the research will be available.
The e-poster system will be open by the beginning of May, and you will receive a guideline on uploading your e-poster to the platform.
How to Upload Your e-Poster?
Click on the E-Poster amongst list of your posters and follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Prepare your E-Poster as 1-page pdf document (up to 2 MB). There is no obligatory template that should be used. Example template can be reached here.
Step 2: Poster upload:
Click on the "pencil" icon under PDF and choose your PDF file to upload it from your local disk.
If you accept that other delegates would be allowed to download your e-poster, please click "allow poster download" next to your uploaded file.
You may upload a thumbnail of your poster as PNG or JPG file which will be displayed as the icon on the E-Poster Gallery (optional).
Click on Save and close poster upload section.
Step 3: Video upload (optional):
You may upload .mp4 video files to describe your research. These video files must not exceed 2 minutes.
Please click the pencil icon under Videos.
Choose your adding method as "Local" or "Vimeo".
Local: You should add the URL from your own Youtube or Vimeo account as shown with the following formats:

https://player.vimeo.com/video/474297515.
Vimeo: You should upload an .mp4 file from your local disk and we will upload it on your behalf to the Vimeo account on the server.
Type your video name (as you want it to be displayed to the participants).
If you have selected "Local", enter your URL. If you have selected "Vimeo", choose video file from your local disk and click upload.
Then click on Save and close video upload section.
Step 4: Congratulations! Your e-poster is uploaded!
